In close cooperation with the airline or lessor, Athens Aeroservices can perform a fully documented audit of the aircraft’s technical records in order to establish its airworthiness status and commercial value.
Physical inspection is very thorough in order to check the aircraft for hidden damages, previous repairs systems and engines operation etc.
Consultants provide Aviation Technical Services in relation to matters of commercial aircraft sales, leases, subleases, audits, returns & deliveries, as per the following:
Performance of the Services
- On site End of lease/Phase out Checks Acceptance and Re Deliveries
- On Site Aircraft Damage Reports/Audits
- Technical Evaluation Reports

- Registration and de-registration of Aircraft with International Regulatory Authorities

The consultant will provide daily or weekly progress report to the customer with regards to the service

From Airworthiness Reviews to Aircraft Transitions, Deliveries, Re-Deliveries and Return to service condition of all around commercial maintenance.

Performance of the Services
- Records &/or Physical Technical Consultants Services during re-deliveries.
- Representative support during maintenance (i.e. Transitions, “C” check, Painting, Livery ,Engine Borescope)
- Assistance support during Aircraft’s registration.

- Routine Surveys- Physical inspection to verify the a/c technical condition .
The service includes: Any technical service requested by the customer at various locations on behalf of the customer or its clients as required and agreed between them.
The Consultant shall follow the directions reasonably given by the Customer in respect of the policies to be pursued as well as any other instructions regarding the best performance of the services.
The Consultant shall be free to organize the performance of the Service, but within the general guidelines set out by the customer.
The consultant must provide daily or weekly progress report to the customer with regards to the service, if requested by the customer
Project management & consultancy
Athens Aeroservices consultancy can provide the necessary means for Airline Start-up, to include both your Engineering and Maintenance requirements, providing CAMO and EASA Part 145 documentation according to company needs. Services include guiding airline Start-ups, maintenance organizations EASA Part145 and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMO) through the approval process.
